Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed and delivered. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues in accordance with the terms of our service agreement.
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance of the service period.
